License Agreement

By downloading or purchasing sound packs, loops, or beats from ReconBase (via Gumroad), you agree to the following terms:

1. Rights Granted (Royalty-Free) You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the sounds in your own musical compositions. You keep 100% of your earnings (Royalties) generated from songs you create with these sounds (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube monetization).

2. What You CAN Do

• Use the sounds in commercial and non-commercial projects.

• Use the sounds for songs, background music, film scores, and video games.

3. What You CANNOT Do

• No Resale: You may not resell, re-license, or redistribute the raw files (loops/samples) as a standalone pack or as part of another sample pack.

• No “Content ID” abuse: You may not register your track with YouTube Content ID or other copyright detection systems if it contains unmodified loops from this pack, as this causes false copyright strikes for other users.

4. Ownership ReconBase remains the owner of the original sound recordings. You own the copyright to the new song you create using these sounds.
